Hi Jo, loved your Vlog! One more horrible thing that Trump is responsible for! My postpartum journey was a challenging one as I had breastfeeding issues and had to supplement baby’s feeds with formula and no it was not always joyful. But it was the support of my husband and my parents that kept me going. Attending your pregnancy yoga classes and then receiving those divine postpartum massages from you were glimmers of hope in the darkness. I remembering feeling so vulnerable that every time someone spoke to me gently,I just wanted to cry. I felt like I was letting my baby down by not being able to breastfeed properly. However with my village’s love that included you, we survived, 6 weeks after baby’s birth I know longer needed to supplement his feeds. He is year old now and I am still breastfeeding. I think all new mums should remember that they are superstars and breastfeeding is hard and no matter which way it goes, their love for their baby is not in question! Thanks Jo ❤️️

Prachi thank you so much for your lovely words and feedback. You are so right, breastfeeding is often a challenge for many mums and it really take a ‘village’ to help and support a breastfeeding mum. I feel very blessed and privileged to have been part of yours. 🙏🏻 I can’t believe your Bella baby is a year old already! Wishing you all the best. Much love Jo x
